Applicants for the VP of Brand Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in brand management, with at least 5 years in a people management role. The ideal candidate will have superior analytical capabilities, experience in leveraging data to deliver brand KPIs, and a strong understanding of budgeting and P&L. While not mandatory, knowledge or experience in the insurance industry is a plus. A Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is preferred.
