Job Title : Travel Registered Nurse – Med / Surg / Tele Float Pool

Location : Trenton, NJ 08638 (New Jersey nursing jobs)

Employment Type : Travel Nursing Assignment

Duration : 8 weeks

Hours per Week : 36 hours

Schedule : Every other weekend and every other holiday (holiday coverage scheduled by facility)

Healthcare Setting : Cross-campus Med / Surg / Tele Float Pool (Regional Medical Center & Hopewell campuses)

Start Date : October 21, 2025

Scrub Color : Navy Blue

EMR System : Cerner

Hourly Pay Rate : $83.70

Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $1,880 - $2,020

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of recent Med / Surg / Telemetry RN experience

Active New Jersey or Compact State RN license (required at time of submission)

Required Certifications : ACLS, BLS, NIH Stroke Scale

Mandatory flu vaccine (no declinations or exceptions accepted)

Experience with Cerner EMR preferred

Key Nursing Responsibilities

Float between Regional Medical Center and Hopewell campuses as needed

Deliver high-quality patient care in Med / Surg and Telemetry units

Care for diverse patient populations, including Same Day Surgery, Detox, Bone Marrow Transplant, Mental Health, and IDD

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes

Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Cerner EMR

Comply with all facility policies, including mandatory flu vaccination
