Job descriptionAssist in training and mentoring new team members Support daily staff scheduling and delegation of tasks Help maintain a positive, motivated, and inclusive team culture Step in as acting Manager when needed Assist in opening / closing procedures and day-to-day store operations Support visual merchandising and uphold brand presentation standards Help manage inventory, restocks, and transfers Ensure cleanliness, organization, and a safe retail environment 1–2 years experience in retail, with leadership or key holder experience preferred Friendly, team-oriented, and self-motivated Strong communication and organizational skills Passion for fashion, styling, and customer connection Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Employee discount Supportive, creative team culture Opportunities to grow into a leadership role Incentives for team and individual goals

The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in leading day-to-day operations, team development, and customer engagement. This role is a hands-on mix of leadership, retail expertise, and personal styling. The Assistant Manager leads by example, helps drive sales, and ensures that the store runs smoothly, beautifully, and with intention.
