Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities :
- Evaluate bodily injuries or risk of injury from sports equipment, automobile accidents, mechanical and play equipment, slip / trip and falls and other exposures
- Conduct field investigations to document accident scenes and gather information that is the basis for subsequent analysis, simulation and / or testing
- Conduct unbiased investigations for various types of clients
- Retention and development of client relationships
- Provide technical findings and conclusions in layman's terms, both verbally and in writing
- Assist with staff investigations, analysis and testing
- Deliver professional presentations, develop client relationships and promote self to client groups
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing professional networks, participating in professional societies
- Perform other Perform other Biomechanical duties as necessary
- Ability to accept and integrate constructive feedback into job performance

Position Requirements :
Bachelor's degree (or master's) in mechanical engineeringMaster's degree in mechanical engineering or similarUndergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from ABET accredited schoolMaster's Degree or Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, Biomechanics or similarDemonstrated work and / or academic history in impact biomechanicsP.
