This role focuses on patient-centered care in a home environment, requiring strong clinical skills and accurate OASIS documentation. Nurses will manage a caseload while maintaining independence in the field.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n

• Perform patient admissions, assessments, and follow-up visits\n
• Complete OASIS documentation with accuracy and timeliness\n
• Deliver skilled nursing care including wound care, medication management, and IV therapy\n
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and home care practices\n
• Coordinate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team\n\nQualifications : \n
• Current Florida RN license\n
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, including 1 year of home health\n
• Proficiency with OASIS and Homecare Homebase required\n
• BLS certification (current)\n
• Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and auto insurance\n
