Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) role is available for the school year with the potential for Extended School Year (ESY) work. This contract position supports students from preschool through middle school in Newark, DE. Candidates are welcome with either Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status, with flexibility regarding preference for caseload age groups (either preschool to early elementary or upper elementary to middle school).

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide speech-language therapy services to students with moderate to severe communication needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students requirements.
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to monitor progress and adjust therapy goals.
• Participate in professional development opportunities alongside school staff.
• Handle caseloads primarily in-person due to high support needs; no virtual work available.
• Lift students or equipment up to 50 pounds with assistance when necessary.
