What You'll Be Doing Speak with clients (no cold calling—leads are provided) to understand their needs.

Recommend additional services when appropriate.

Support clients through the full lifecycle of their coverage.

What We’re Looking For Strong communication skills—comfortable explaining ideas simply and clearly.

Ability to stay organized, focused, and solution-oriented.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.

Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools.

Experience in customer service, coordination, or sales is a plus but not required.
