We are looking for an “A+” player with the Marketing chops to help us help more people, someone who is fluent in Spanish, and will work onsite in our Atlanta office. Responsibilities : What You’ll Be Doing (Besides Loving Your Job) :
- Marketing Strategy : Design and execute marketing strategies to reach new clients. Identify and focus on target markets to build an efficient marketing strategy.
- Market Research : Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential clients to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead in the legal market.
- Analytics and Reporting : Use data analytics to measure effectiveness and meet performance KPIs.
- Digital Marketing : Lead our digital marketing efforts, including website management, search engine optimization (SEO), content marketing, email campaigns, and social media presence.
- Content Creation : Create compelling and informative content to reinforce the firm's expertise and thought leadership.
- Branding and Positioning : Protect our brand identity across all marketing channels and communication platforms.
- Back-end Marketing : Build and grow our referral network for the marketing program. Qualifications : Who You Are
- Have at least 5 years of experience in a Marketing role, designing and executing Marketing strategies.
- Is fluent in Spanish.
- Has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Is proficient in digital marketing strategies and tools, including website management, SEO, social media, and email marketing.
- Demonstrates exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
