Job Description

Join a leading telecommunications company specializing in providing software platforms, systems, and services to support broadband delivery. We are seeking dedicated Assembly Technicians to be part of our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and parts with precision and attention to detail.
• Utilize hand tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, and drills for assembly tasks.
• Perform troubleshooting and repair tasks, including soldering and working with electronics.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 'clean room' style production environment standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines, including working overtime as necessary.

Work Environment

Work in a 'clean room' style production environment where all floor workers wear special shoe inserts to prevent static charge. Join a team of over 50 people working collaboratively in a space with designated walkways and restricted areas. Be prepared for project-based deadlines that may require overtime. Shifts available are from 2 : 30 PM to 10 : 30 PM and 10 : 30 PM to 6 : 30 AM, with potential for 10-hour shifts.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Auburn Hills, Michigan.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $18.50 / hr.
