Lead Faculty for BAHRM and MHRM

A company is looking for a Lead Faculty for BAHRM and MHRM.

Key Responsibilities

Teach asynchronous undergraduate and graduate courses, ensuring high-quality online instruction and student engagement

Develop and improve course materials and instructional practices in collaboration with academic support teams

Participate in service activities, including faculty mentorship and engagement in university governance

Required Qualifications

Earned master's degree in a relevant discipline; doctorate preferred

Evidence of adequate training and depth of knowledge in a specialty area

Experience in teaching in both online and on-ground higher education settings

Strong organizational and time management skills

Collaborative and student-centered approach to leadership and instructional support
