Floater Teacher

Looking for a  Floater for a progressive preschool in the Manhattan Beach area. We are only interested in candidates who have a passion for the field and meet all the requirements listed. We're looking for people who have chosen early education as their career, not just a job. You must love children; that's a given, but you also must love life. Qualifications :

• All applicants must have a clear understanding of an emergent curriculum and a blended approach as well as the ability to work collaboratively.
• Floaters must be open to working with all ages within our programming, genuinely resonate with our unique philosophy, and have an eagerness to grow within our school.

Requirements :

Compensation : Salary is based on experience and education.

Benefits include : Health Benefits, paid holidays, and sick leave after 60 days of service. 401K option after 12 months of service.
