About the Role

The Application Processor is responsible for collecting, reviewing, and entering data into our scheduling platforms for storage, processing, and data management for license printing purposes in a fast-paced call center environment. The individual will also need to have the ability to lift 20–30-pound boxes on a regular basis. This is a full-time permanent role during Call Center opening hours.

Role Responsibilities

  • Enter customer certification data into scheduling platforms, frequently, and with an attention to detail.
  • Print certification license cards for processing and send to clients as needed.
  • Process emails, phone calls, and faxes from both clients and internally to assist with completing license applications.
  • Maintain highly confidential records to protect operations.
  • Maintain quality results by editing layouts including spelling, grammar, punctuation, reproduction, clarity, and consistency, adhering to prepress standards.
  • Keep equipment operating efficiently by following operating instructions, troubleshooting printer functions or layout problems, and submitting tickets for repairs as needed.
  • Process bulk and single license requests in a timely manner.
  • Order and maintain inventory of license printing supplies.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience of data entry activities in an office setting preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications desirable.
  • Fluency in English with good spelling and grammar is expected.
  • Ability to type an average of 40 words per minute desirable.
