Job Description
As Client Portfolio Director you will collaborate with branch leadership to provide operational oversight across a nationally distributed portfolio, ensuring consistent service delivery and alignment with client expectations at every location.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers, fostering accountability and collaborative teamwork.
- Build, maintain and grow client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and security needs are met.
- Deliver high‑quality service by strategically managing Account Managers and maintaining industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze and report operational metrics and KPIs using Allied Universal’s Business Intelligence Platform, maximizing efficiency and productivity.
- Identify and mitigate security risks; develop and implement security protocols, training and response plans.
- Work with branch leadership to strengthen financial performance within your portfolio, managing budget allocation, driving revenue growth, reducing non‑billable overtime, improving cash collections, and controlling expenses.
- Collaborate with sales to drive organic business growth within existing client operations.
- Travel nationally (25%).
Qualifications (Must Have)
Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, business or related field.Current driver’s license.Minimum one year of experience driving operational and / or financial metrics.Minimum two years of experience building and developing teams.Strong leadership skills fostering teamwork, innovation, and client relations.Results‑oriented problem‑solving skills that meet client and employee needs while running a profitable business.Proficiency in web‑based applications and computer systems, including Microsoft Office and Business Intelligence tools.Dynamic networking skills displaying a commitment to safety and trust.Preferred Qualifications
Law enforcement, military and / or contract security services experience.Experience managing a dispersed workforce in a multi‑location operation.Benefits
Base salary : $100,000‑$120,000Medical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, disability insurance and retirement plan.Eight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days.Vacation time accrual : 3.08 hours biweekly.
