POSITION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for providing service that is fast, friendly, efficient and professional, while maintaining all sanitation standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential Duties :

• Consistently upsells both food and beverage items when taking the guest's order.
• Serves orders quickly - serves hot foods hot, serves cold foods cold.
• Is attentive to guests needs, such as keeping beverages full, serving condiments before food is delivered, checking back with guests within two minutes of delivering food to insure guest satisfaction, anticipating guests needs before being asked.

EDUCATION AND / OR EXPERIENCE

Education and / or Experience :

A minimum of a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Language Skills :

Must be able to read, write and speak English. Must be able to read and interpret simple documents, reports, manuals and correspondence. Must be able to write simple documents, reports, manuals and correspondence. Must be able to speak effectively with clear speech to individuals and groups. Multilingual skills helpful but not required.

Mathematical Skills :

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Computer Skills :

Has the minimal skills necessary to operate a computer. Can log on to a computer system, navigate in windows, perform simple tasks within applications and enter information into a database.

Reasoning Ability :

Must be able to apply Common-sense logic anti, understanding to carry out instructions provided in written or oral form. Must have the ability to solve problems involving several variables in given situations and interpret a variety of instructions provided in written and oral form. Must be able to demonstrate effective interpersonal skills, sound judgment and decision-making.
