Caregiver Responsibilities :
- Assist residents with performance of activities simple treatments and emotional health and / or problem behavioral issues as indicated in service plans
- âAssist in development and revision of service plans by informing supervisor of current resident needs and preferences as well as successful service approaches
- Observe and report resident problems to LPN (if on duty) or Medication Tech / Aid
- Attend and participate in onboarding annual and in-service training and team member meetings as requested
- Perform other duties as assigned by Wellness Director
