Senior Legal Analyst (Litigation)- Denver, Colorado (Hybrid)\

Western Union is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Legal Analyst to join our high-performing and collaborative Litigation team. This role offers the opportunity to meaningfully contribute to a broad range of litigation matters at a well-respected and purpose-driven global company.

Role Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys across all phases of litigation : from initial intake, to discovery, to resolution.
• Collaborate cross functionally with colleagues in legal, compliance, and other business units to drive smooth execution of litigation strategy.
• Assist with responding to escalated consumer complaints, regulatory inquiries, and subpoenas.
• Serve as a key liaison with outside counsel, internal business units, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Assist with case preparation, including organizing and managing large volumes of documents and evidence.
• Draft and review legal correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests, and responses under attorney supervision.
• Maintain litigation files, document-management systems, and case databases to ensure accuracy and best practices.
• Drive process improvements and train others.
• Identify case trends to drive improvements to customer experience.
• Contribute positively to the team environment - bringing energy, curiosity, and a team-first mindset.

Salary

The base salary range is $80,000 to $95,000 per year, total on target compensation includes a base salary plus annual incentives that align with individual and company performance.Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
