We are currently seeking a Team Manager to join us at Sip History - An elevated cocktail class experience with 3 locations across the country! You will be responsible for overseeing staff, visual set up, and guest interactions.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee and coordinate all working personnel
- Foster a productive and collaborative work environment
- Manage scheduling for guests and staff
- Set up and breakdown for each of our cocktail class experiences
- Administrative tasks such as completing daily sales worksheets, inventory, and ordering
- Enforcing policies and procedures
