position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit – where we empower our

What you´ll do
- Leads the deployment of the Henkel Production System (HPS) at the site level by driving strategy, coaching teams, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develops local capabilities, ensures effective implementation of continuous improvement tools and methodologies, and promotes best practice sharing across the continuous improvement network to enhance performance, problem-solving, and long-term site development.
- Define and lead the continuous improvement strategy and implementation; manage and oversee continuous improvement program deployment.
- Support and coach local continuous improvement practitioners to ensure effective rollout; engage relevant people and departments to drive full ownership of actions and outcomes.
- Foster and sustain a culture of continuous improvement (ci) and knowledge sharing across all areas of the site.
- Develop and expand local capabilities in continuous improvement tools and methodologies; promote structured problem-solving; inspire a passion for improvement by providing a clear vision and direction for the site’s future development and performance.
Network actively within the continuous improvement community to share best practices, promote improved performance and problem-solving, and encourage others to contribute to knowledge exchange.

This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
