Job description

Reimbursement Specialist / Analyst   About the Position :

  • The individual selected for this position will be assigned responsibilities related to managing the billing / reimbursement process.
  • This includes researching and reviewing claims and other information to identify possible third-party responsibilities and initiating appropriate action to recover funds paid for various medical expenses and other cost.
  • This position will be based out of Oklahoma City at our Central Office location.

Job Type / Salary :

  • Application period : 11 / 21 / 2025-12 / 05 / 2025 Full-time Vacancies : 1 Annual Salary : Reimbursement Specialist : $41,500.00, Reimbursement Analyst : $44,940.00 Primary Working Hours are M-F; 8-5 FLSA Status : Non-Exempt Minimum Qualifications and Experience : Reimbursement Specialist : Two years of technical experience which included the processing and / or payment of insurance claims; or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting thirty semester hours of college for one year only of the required experience.

    • Reimbursement Analyst :

  • Two years of technical experience which included the processing and / or payment of insurance claims and two years of experience in subrogation or reimbursement in an insurance setting; or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting thirty semester hours of college for one year only of the required technical experience.
