NMLS Licensed Loan Officer

A company is looking for a Loan Officer (Remote - Call Center).

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional loan member experiences through various channels and complete loans from start to finish

Assess member needs, advise on financial options, and cross-sell products and services

Interview members, evaluate loan applications, and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High school diploma or equivalent

At least one year of retail banking or related sales and customer service experience

Completion of various training programs within the first 90 days, including Loan Certification and Product Knowledge Training

Ability to manage a large volume of loan applications and perform mathematical calculations

Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
