In this role you’ll be responsible for installation and implementation of the CUBEX hardware and software solutions, training veterinary teams, delivering exceptional customer service, while collaborating with an extraordinary team. You’ll have the opportunity to travel while using your knowledge and experience to support the veterinary community, inspire innovation, and pursue professional growth and your career goals.
You’ll have experience in the veterinary, medical, or healthcare field, some work experience with software and / or hardware implementation, and preferably some experience in inventory management.

What you’ll do
- Lead the implementation of the CUBEX® hardware and software solutions for Veterinary Practices.
- Manage remote or onsite installation of CUBEX® hardware and software solutions.
- Conduct client staff training. Providing an engaging and thorough experience.
- Provided technical support, workflow audits and best practices recommendations to veterinary teams.
- Engage with Cubex clients through video conferencing tools for remote training sessions.
- Internal Coordination with Integration Team and Account Manager(s) related to client Integration technology and Post-Account Management / Support needs.
- Strategy and Process development participation as it relates to Pre-Implementation, Implementation and Post-Implementation Support.
- Identification and escalation of customer challenges to Professional Services and Sales Team.
- Provide client-facing written / verbal report of implementation agenda, training goals, successes, and challenges to client and internal Cubex team.

2+ years in Veterinary, Medical, or health care industry rolesSoftware implementation experience and / or inventory management experience.Education / Licenses / Certifications :
Certification(s) in Veterinary field preferred. Inclusive of RVT, LVT, and CVT.Inventory management certification or equivalent experience is a plusJob location(s) :
Anywhere in the U.S. within 1-hour of a major-metropolitan airport.Current preference for those in the following metropolitan areas : Phoenix, AZ; Salt Lake City, UT; Denver, CO; Chicago, IL; Detroit, MI; Orlando, FL; or Charlotte, NC.

Able to perform 90% travel for first six months of employment.4 – 5 weeks travel in a row, 1 week potential non travel in between next 4 – 5 week travel.
