Clinical Service Excellence Manager

A company is looking for a Clinical Service Excellence Manager to oversee clinical processes and support Neurology programs.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee clinical processes and serve as the client champion for Neurology programs

Build and maintain relationships with clinical staff and facilitate training on workflow efficiency

Analyze healthcare processes and patient outcomes to identify areas for improvement

Required Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited institution

At least three years of experience in neurology service line, preferably in inpatient services

Prior experience as a charge nurse or nurse supervisor is preferred

Ability to navigate multiple EMR systems

Thorough knowledge of medical terminology and standard clinical procedures
