Equipment Assembler

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Equipment Assembler with recent, hands-on experience in precision mechanical and electrical assembly. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with hand and power tools, understands technical diagrams and schematics, and excels at assembling small to medium-sized equipment to high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble subassemblies and final products based on schematics, assembly drawings, and work instructions
Use a variety of hand tools, power tools and measuring instruments to complete tasks accurately
Perform basic electrical assembly, wiring, and mechanical integration
Identify, troubleshoot, and correct assembly issues quickly and efficiently
Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation related to assembly processes
Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams for continuous improvement
Train or assist peers and junior assemblers as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety and quality procedures
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of recent, hands-on experience in a mechanical or electromechanical assembly role
Strong proficiency with hand and power tools
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions
Capable of working independently, following minimal supervision
Familiar with manufacturing documentation and quality standards
