Some Things You Can Expect To Do :

• Develop a working understanding of budgets, schedules, cost accounting, invoices, contracts, change orders and other management tools.
• Assume responsibility and communicate effectively with all internal and external customers.
• Support Project Managers and Superintendents with various project related tasks.
• Assist in Owner change pricing; prepare billings and review invoices.
• Monitor assigned subcontracts, subcontractor schedules relative to material deliveries and subcontractor manpower.
• Travel as needed.

Eligibility :

Compensation : The salary range is $64,700 - $93,000. The salary base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidates knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and / or an incentive program.
