Job Summary :

Join our client's team as a Data Analyst - Junior in Framingham, MA. You'll play a crucial role in supporting store operations through data reporting and analytics.

Job Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with business partners to gather data from various sources.
• Identify new reporting opportunities and develop reports to meet business needs.
• Design and maintain reports and databases.
• Provide training to end users on reporting tools and processes.
• Document reporting process flows and support ad-hoc reporting requests.
• Work closely with the business to enhance data collection and quality.

Skills Required :

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with large datasets.
• Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical end users.

Preferences :

• Understanding of data warehousing and data lake architecture.
• Experience in the retail industry.
