Description of the role :

Fast paced, busy service shops are on the lookout for the best! Service advisors are such a vital part of our dealership, a multi-tasker, customer service superstar who is the liaison between our technicians and our customers. Fast paced, challenging and rewarding!

Responsibilities :

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Two years of relevant Service Advisor experience
• Dealership franchise experience is preferred
• Ford certifications required
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
• Schedule appointments for vehicle services
• Provide estimates for repairs and services
• Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and payments received
• Process cash and credit card transactions
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of parts and supplies
