Senior Director of Major Gifts

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Major Gifts.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, cultivate, solicit, and manage a portfolio of major gift prospects

Manage and supervise 2-4 fundraisers at the Director and / or Associate Director level

Meet fundraising goals and key performance indicators set by the Assistant Vice President of Major Gifts

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalency required; bachelor's degree preferred

8+ years of relevant experience with a successful track record in major gifts solicitations of $100,000 or more

Experience managing fundraising staff is strongly preferred

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is necessary

Fundraising experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
