Job Details : Position Summary :

This position is responsible for assisting the Supervisor in coordinating the daily responsibilities of the department by ensuring the Supervisor’s instructions are communicated to team members and carried out timely and correctly. This role also involves monitoring all equipment to ensure it is working properly and notifying the Supervisor of any needed maintenance while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities :

• Communicate the Supervisor’s instructions to team members and ensure timely and correct execution.
• Monitor all equipment to ensure proper functioning and promptly notify the Supervisor of any maintenance needs.
• Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
• Read and understand manuals, blueprints, plant paperwork, labels, etc.
