You'll earn...

You will...

Effectively conduct patient assessments and identify patient needs.

Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions.

Ensure timely and precise documentation of medical necessity in patient records.

Be responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient

You have...

Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.

Minimum of 2 years of RN experience, with the last year working in the Rehab or Medical-Surgical setting.

BLS (AHA or American Red Cross); ACLS certification preferred.

ACLS (AHA or American Red Cross)

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
