Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry
• 2 years minimum Group Sales in Hotel or Resort
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Sales, or related field preferred
