High Power RF Engineer

Overview

Position Summary :

We are seeking an experienced High Power RF Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development of the high-power RF systems utilized in Nusano's plasma devices. These systems require specialized knowledge in high power RF design and operation, with scope running from grid power to RF generation, to free space propagation, and interaction with matter. High availability of these systems is a must for Nusano to meet its goals.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do :

• Spearhead the design, development and maintenance of high power RF systems in exciting plasma applications, ensuring they meet performance and reliability requirements.
• Participate in systems testing, troubleshooting, and evaluation to ensure that design specifications are met.
• Develop and maintain documentation for the high-power RF system, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and procedures.
• Work with external vendors to procure and integrate high power RF components and systems.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment in accordance with established safety protocols and regulations.
• Keep up to date with new developments and technologies in high power and RF engineering and related disciplines.
• Perform other duties as mutually agreed upon with your supervisor.
• Ensure that the work of self and others is carried out in a safe manner with a focus on excellence and meeting company goals.
