As a Safety Supervisor at City Night-Life Entertainment Corp, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of both guests and staff within our venue. Reporting to the Safety Manager, you will supervise daily safety operations, conduct regular inspections, and enforce safety policies to maintain a secure environment that complies with all regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise safety procedures and daily operations to ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations
• Conduct regular safety inspections of the venue, including emergency exits, fire safety equipment, and crowd control measures
• Assist in developing and implementing safety training programs for staff
• Monitor and enforce adherence to alcohol service laws and safety protocols
• Respond promptly to safety incidents, hazards, or emergencies and coordinate with security and emergency services as needed
• Document and report incidents, accidents, and near-misses accurately
• Support the Safety Manager in conducting risk assessments and safety audits
• Foster a culture of safety awareness among all staff members
• Assist in crowd management and ensure safe occupancy levels during events
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant safety regulations and best practices
