What You’ll Do

• Manage procurement activities for industrial components and operational materials
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing
• Maintain accurate records in ERP systems—preferably SAP—for purchasing, inventory, and financial transactions
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure alignment with contractual terms and quality standards
• Support inventory control through cycle counts and reconciliation across departments
• Track manufacturer and supply part numbers, ensuring consistency with ERP data
• Assist in logistics coordination for incoming materials and ensure smooth receiving processes
