• Location : Northeast Indiana
• Duration :
• December : 2-3, 8-9, 16-17
• January : 6-7, 12-14, 27-28
• February : 16-18, 23-25
• March : TBD
• Schedule : 24-hour call coverage
• Shift : 7a-7a
• Call : 24 hr
• Patient volume : About 15 per day on weekends (this is inclusive of new admissions)
• Scope : Inpatient PMR, round during the day, be on call in the evening. Very light evening call back
• EMR : EPIC
• Hospital : 36-bed department
• Requirements : IN license required. Board Cert or board-eligible if recently trained, COVID Vaccine and booster
