Position Summary :
Under the guidance of
the Director of Admission and Recruitment Marketing, the Assistant Director of Visit Experience plays a strategic role and works as part of a team to enable
the Office of University Admissions to meet its enrollment goals by actively
planning and participating in on-campus and virtual recruitment activities,
communication, and marketing to prospective and admitted undergraduate and
graduate students. The incumbent is responsible for planning, coordinating, and
continuously improving the visit experience of all guests of the Office of
University Admissions, coordinating the daily activities of the student
ambassador team, planning and executing daily campus tours and information
sessions, and assisting with recruitment events. This position requires evening
and weekend hours as needed to participate in recruitment activities.
Essential Functions :
visits, including weekday and weekend campus tours and information sessions,
special visitation programs, and other virtual and on-campus events, and update
the NJIT community in relation to these events.

recruiting students through a positive visit experience.

Prerequisite Qualifications :

Salary Information :
In compliance with the NJ Pay Transparency Law, the negotiated annual salary range for this position is $63,129.05-$107,893.56 (USD). NJIT considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education / training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses or other items.
