Essential Duties :

Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business.

General math skills to calculate change on transactions.

Telephone etiquette.

Ability to self-educate on all products stocked is required by reading promotional materials, viewing videos and hands on demonstrations.

Prepare promotional materials and store displays to maximize eye appeal and stimulate sales.

Restock products, process new and incoming goods.

Assist with execution of occasional in-store events during and after hours.

Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.

Customer service focus.

Other duties as assigned.

Education, Experience & Licensing :

Retail experience preferred.

Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Environment / Physical Demands :

Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift boxes etc up to 50lbs, carry, climb ladders, use stairs around the store.

Must be able to place products at various heights around the store.

This position is primarily indoors.
