Key Responsibilities
Provides administrative and clerical support to team and department leadership
Serves as the primary point of contact for the department's main phone line
Manages calendar and schedule for department's senior leadership
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree required
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Combination of education and relevant experience may be considered
Proficiency in computer software such as Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, PowerPoint, and Excel
Ability to work professionally in stressful situations
