Key Result Area :

Perform maintenance services to ensure a smooth-running operation. Supports preventive maintenance program and proactively looks for ways to purchase best value for company needs.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities :

Maintain preventive maintenance in accordance with a daily checklist and adjustments to the plant equipment and machinery.

Perform mechanical repairs on batching equipment, unloading equipment, rolling stock and company vehicles.

Perform routine maintenance within the site (changing light bulbs, ballast, etc.)

Perform construction repairs, valve replacements, outlets changed.

Perform plumbing repairs.

Perform minimal electrical tasks.

Fabrication and welding as needed for production and special projects.

Change a / c filters (unless too time consuming, currently outsourced).

Complete work orders and various other tracking devices.

Responsible for housekeeping throughout plant’s areas.

Adhered to safety and operational practices.

Ability to work with Teams and alone.

Complies with all Company policies and procedures.

Able to work any shift

Other duties and special projects as assigned.

Able to perform and understands LOTO processes and ensure the optimal procedures are followed for meeting company’s objectives.

Ensure the inspection of material handling equipment for defects and ensure repairs are completed.

Review of Loader, Forklift and Grinder inspection sheets. Evaluating for errors and resolve operator communications and complaints.

Maintain accuracy of component trailer status.
