Overview Due to growth, we are adding a Director, Product Marketing and Training to our Marketing department. The Director, Product Marketing and Training will further the organization's growth by setting the strategic vision for product marketing and training across PBM. This leader will develop and implement go-to-market strategies that elevate product positioning, drive market differentiation, and enhance customer value. Through this work, the Director will strengthen how our products are understood and adopted, while building and scaling training programs that equip internal teams with the knowledge and confidence to effectively communicate and sell our solutions.

The Director, Product Marketing and Training will work closely with cross-functional teams including product, sales, enterprise strategy, customer success, and business insights / analytics, aligning messaging, enablement, and training to business priorities. This individual is results-oriented and demonstrates both curiosity and a strategic mindset. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, have proven experience influencing decision-making at all levels, and consistently deliver high-quality, high-impact outputs that drive organizational success.

Responsibilities

How do I make an impact on my team?

Campaign Strategy & Execution : oversee go-to-market (GTM) strategy for enterprise campaigns. Ensure alignment with corporate priorities, product roadmaps, and long-term brand positioning.

Marketing Plan Development : define long-term product marketing strategy. Align product messaging and launch plans with corporate vision and market leadership goals.

Market Segmentation : lead customer segmentation and persona development. Ensure product relevance across diverse markets, buyer types, and use cases.

Content Development : set content and messaging strategy. Ensure all content supports product value propositions, thought leadership, and competitive differentiation.

Brand & Messaging Alignment : own product positioning and messaging architecture. Guide the evolution of product narratives and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.

Demand Generation : oversee demand generation strategy for product lines. Partner with sales and growth teams to align campaigns with pipeline and revenue goals.

Performance Analytics & Insights : leverage data and market insights to drive decisions. Present actionable intelligence to executive leadership and influence product and marketing investments.

Competitive Intelligence : shape competitive and market positioning strategy. Anticipate industry trends and guide proactive product marketing responses.

Product Training & Enablement : lead product training and enablement strategy. Develop and oversee training programs that equip sales, customer success, and partner teams with deep product knowledge and effective messaging.

Cross-functional Collaboration : collaborate with product, sales, and executive leadership. Drive alignment between product development, marketing, and corporate strategy.

Qualifications

What our team expects from you?

Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree in Business Administration or advanced degree preferred.

10+ years in product marketing, training, or related roles, with 5+ years in leadership.

Proven success in B2B product positioning, go-to-market strategy, and enablement.

Experience developing training programs that support sales confidence and adoption.

Background in healthcare or pharmacy benefit management (PBM) preferred.

Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives

The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
