Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading printing company in Chanhassen, MN. We are seeking candidates for Material Handler roles to work 12-hour shifts (6 : 00am-6 : 00pm or 6 : 00pm-6 : 00am), rotating 2 or 3 days per week and every other weekend. Compensation for these opportunities ranges between $18.50-$23.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Interested? Get more details below!

What you will do as the Material Handler :

  • Utilize the computerized inventory system to determine the location of materials and supplies
  • Enter material transactions into the system and complete the material handling section of paperwork for the return of materials to the warehouse
  • Move processed material from workstations to the appropriate staging area
  • Ensure the accurate repackaging of leftover materials
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area

What you need to be a Material Handler :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Comfortability working at heights in an aerial lift
  • Ability to sit, walk, stoop, kneel, bend, push, climb, move, and reach overhead with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Ability to adjust work hours to accommodate business needs
  • Willingness to participate in a pre-employment drug screen and background check
