Financial Aid Counselor

A company is looking for a Financial Aid Specialist / Athletic Counselor.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with inquiries and processing of athletic scholarships

Manage document imaging and file maintenance using ApplicationXtender and WebXtender

Provide support and guidance on the use of Xtender and assist staff in accessing documents

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Good knowledge of financial aid and administrative service programs

Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex program regulations

Experience in coordinating multiple projects in a service environment

Ability to use scanning and indexing software

Experience with MS Word, MS Office Suite, and Excel
