This is a remote position.
As a Remote Data Entry Associate at RRTMAX, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in our internal systems to support operations, billing, inventory, and reporting. Your role is vital in ensuring data accuracy and integrity across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Data Entry : Accurately input and update data from various sources (e.g., invoices, forms, logs) into internal databases or spreadsheets.
Data Verification : Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, promptly correcting any errors or discrepancies.
Document Management : Maintain organized digital records and files, ensuring easy access to stored data when needed.
Reporting : Assist in generating basic internal reports (e.g., daily / weekly summaries) as directed.
Collaboration : Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors through digital channels, providing progress updates and promptly addressing data-related queries.
Data Security : Adhere to strict data security and confidentiality protocols to protect sensitive information.
Requirements
Education : High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
Experience : Proven experience as a data entry clerk or office assistant is preferred.
Skills : Strong attention to detail and accuracy; excellent organizational and multitasking abilities; proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and data entry software.
Communication : Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment : Ability to work independently and meet deadlines; reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience in data entry, data processing, or administrative roles Excellent typing speed and accuracy Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and / or Google Sheets Familiarity with database or ERP systems is a plus Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain focus Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office environment Preferred / Nice to Have : Experience in the oilfield, energy, or equipment rental industries Basic understanding of accounting or inventory concepts Experience handling confidential or sensitive data Familiarity with data validation, lookup functions, macros, or scripting
