Job Title : Physician Assistant

Location : Brooklyn, NY

Employment Type : Permanent, Full-Time

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Salary Range : $150,000 - $180,000, Depending on Experience (DOE)

Job Description :

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team in Brooklyn, NY. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive care to patients, focusing on both sick and well visits within a Primary Care Physician (PCP) setting. This role involves collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality medical services.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments during sick and well visits.
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, providing appropriate follow-up care.
  • Develop and implement patient management plans in coordination with supervising physicians.
  • Prescribe medications and therapies as necessary within the scope of practice.
  • Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development activities.
  • Qualifications :

  • Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
  • Current New York State Physician Assistant license.
  • Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
  • Proven experience in a primary care or similar setting preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage a wide range of patient cases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
