• Schedule : Mon–Fri, 37 guaranteed hours / week, evenings until 7–8 PM (varies by site)
• License : FL required
• Experience : 1 recent outpatient travel assignment; 1+ years OP ortho preferred
• Volume : 10–13 patients / day, 1 : 1 care, 1-hour evals, 30–45 min visits
• Rates : $64–$68 / hr (max $68 / hr based on experience); PTA max $50 / hr
• Estero – 1–2 PTs – Up to $68 / hr
• East Naples – 1–3 PTs – Up to $68 / hr
• Lehigh Acres – 1 PT – Up to $68 / hr
