Customer Service Champion
F45 Training Cresskill is looking for a customer service champion who thrives in a fast-paced environment, who enjoys dealing with fitness members and is able to multitask. Punctually, phone etiquette and excellent writing skills are a must.
Job Duties Include :
- Answer phones and greet customers.
- Help with program information and sell memberships and services.
- Answer all emails.
- Confirmation calls / texts.
- Follow up calls / texts.
- Collect payments.
- Update customer lists.
- Manage filing and office organization.
- Create and schedule marketing emails.
- Create flyers to promote business.
- Search for partnership opportunities and manage / attend events.
- Manage supplies and office inventory to ensure regular supply of materials.
- Make sure lobby is always clean.
Job Requirements :
At least 1 year experience in similar position.Familiar with all emailing and texting platforms.Superb organizational skills.Excellent writing skills.Excellent phone etiquette.Punctual.Outgoing friendly personality.Customer service champion.Alternating schedule : Monday to Friday 5am to 11am or 4pm to 7pm. Sat or Sun 8am to.Part time position local candidates only.Compensation : $16.00 - $18.00 per hour.
