Job Summary : The restaurant server is responsible for greeting and seating guests, taking food and drink orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction in a timely and friendly manner. Servers must maintain a clean and organized work area, collaborate with kitchen and bar staff, and assist with other duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greeting and Seating Guests :

Welcome guests to the restaurant, provide menus, and offer assistance with seating.

Accurately take food and drink orders from guests and relay them to kitchen or bar staff.

Deliver food and drinks to tables promptly and accurately.

Keep work areas, tables, and dining areas clean and organized.

Present checks to guests, process payments (cash, credit card, etc.), and provide change as necessary.

Provide exceptional service to create a positive dining experience.

Work closely with kitchen, bar, and other service staff to ensure smooth operations.

Help with opening or closing the restaurant, including cleaning and setting up for service.
