On-Call : Required every 3 weeks (on-call compensation applies)
Join a compassionate and collaborative home health team serving individuals in the greater Indianapolis area. This RN role focuses on assessment, care planning, disease prevention, and care coordination for patients in home and community settings.

Coverage area : Greater Indianapolis\n\nMileage reimbursed at $0.50 per mile\n\nOn-call required every 3rd week ($25 / day weekday, $50 / day weekends / holidays)\n\nScrub colors not specified – professional attire expected\n\nThis is an onsite, field-based role – not remote\n\nCandidates must be dependable, communicative, and confident in independent decision-making
