We are seeking a Client Service Associate (CSA) to join our wealth management team. The CSA will be the “go-to” person for both clients and internal team members, ensuring exceptional service and timely completion of projects.

What Work You Will be Responsible For
Build and nurture client relationships by providing responsive, thoughtful, and proactive service.Execute client requests with accuracy and efficiency, including money movement, account transfers, and other transactions—handling escalated issues with confidence and care.Maintain organized and compliant client records, ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and up‑to‑date.Collaborate cross‑functionally with client‑facing and support teams to deliver seamless service and resolve client needs.Uphold firm policies and regulatory standards, demonstrating integrity and attention to detail.Identify opportunities to enhance client engagement, including promoting digital tools, online access, and scheduled services.Support client meetings by preparing materials, generating reports, and assisting with operational tasks.Work independently while escalating issues appropriately for timely resolution.Contribute to team success by assisting with overflow work and participating in special projects as needed.Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience (industry experience preferred).Preferred / Desired Qualifications
Series 7, 63, 65 / 66 certification a plus.Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Team collaboration focus.Support colleagues and share knowledge for team success.Strong IT and Microsoft Office Suite experience, including Excel.EisnerAmper is proud to be a merit‑based employer.
