Senior Security Agent Engineer / Startup / AI

A Series C cybersecurity startup is looking to hire a Senior Security Agent Engineer to join their growing team! They build SaaS products that help security teams improve their Splunk and Azure SIEMs, automating detection engineering, threat hunting, and investigations without needing new tools or data centralization! You'll be responsible for designing, building, and deploying AI-powered security agents that analyze complex cybersecurity data and support incident response workflows. Ideal candidates have experience with LLMs, agentic frameworks, AWS, Azure, Snowflake, and various security data platforms. This is a great opportunity if you're looking to work on the cutting edge of detection engineering and in a fast-paced environment.

This role is fully remote.

Responsibilities and Requirements

Required Skills & Experience :

• 5+ years of experience in cyber security
• Experience designing, building, and deploying AI-powered security agents for threat detection, incident analysis, and automated response
• Experience with LLMs, agentic frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen) and implementing AI patterns (RAG, tool use, multi-agent systems).
• Previous experience working in a cybersecurity startup or cybersecurity product company a HUGE plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
