Must-Have :

Cardiac experience in Progressive Care Unit or Pre / Post Cath Lab experience.

Experience in telemetry, dysrhythmia, and 12-lead EKG is required.

IV insertion skills are necessary.

Description :

Travelers will be required to work at least one holiday shift.

Requests for time off will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Candidates must be comfortable caring for a team of 4-5 intermediate patients.

The unit has a total of 14 beds with patient ratios of 4 : 1 or 5 : 1.

The type of patients on the unit include those in cardiac recovery.

Required equipment includes telemetry monitors and specialized recovery tools.

Candidates should possess a team-oriented personality with a willingness to learn.

A friendly and outgoing demeanor is desirable.

Dress code includes galaxy blue tops and pants, with black pants also acceptable.

Unacceptable attire guidelines will be provided upon hiring.
